New Orleans has combined two passions — music and tattoos — in the first-ever “Jazz & Ink Festival.”
Visitors enjoyed live jazz performances while local and international artists offered themed tattoos inspired by trumpets, saxophones, and Mardi Gras masks.
Organizers say the event highlights the city’s reputation for creativity and cultural fusion.
