UK: King’s College London Researches “Self-Healing Tattoo Ink”

British scientists at King’s College London have developed nanotechnology tattoo ink that can “self-heal” after skin injuries.
The ink particles contain regenerative compounds that realign themselves when scar tissue forms, preventing tattoo distortion after cuts or burns.
This breakthrough could help both tattoo enthusiasts and burn victims who want to preserve or restore body art. Clinical trials are already underway.
