Canada Develops “Tattoo Snow Ink” for Arctic Exploration

Scientists in Vancouver created tattoo pigments that can absorb body heat and radiate warmth, designed for explorers in extreme cold. Tattoos shaped like flames or suns actually provide localized skin warmth in freezing conditions, reducing frostbite risk.
The ink uses carbon nanotubes and biodegradable polymers, making it both eco-safe and effective for long expeditions.
