Toronto Hosts World’s First Glow-In-The-Dark Tattoo Festival

Tattoo artists from around the globe gathered in Canada to showcase UV-reactive and glow-in-the-dark tattoos. The festival featured dark rooms where tattoos came alive under neon lights, creating a nightclub-like atmosphere.

Organizer Jake Morrison said: “It’s about tattoos that transform — art you see twice, in daylight and at night.”
