US Military Eases Tattoo Rules for New Recruits

The Pentagon has announced a new policy allowing visible tattoos on hands, neck, and ears for military recruits. Officials believe the change will attract younger generations who see tattoos as normal cultural expression.

Colonel James Whitaker said: “We are modernizing. Tattoos no longer prevent someone from serving their country with honor.”
