At her sold-out Madison Square Garden concert, Lady Gaga stunned the crowd by revealing a long spine tattoo of the word “Little Monsters” in elegant Gothic script.
The ink, stretching from the base of her neck to her lower back, was unveiled when she wore a sheer bodysuit during the encore. Gaga said: “My fans have always been my backbone. Now it’s literally written on mine.”
