In what is being called the most shocking scientific discovery of the decade, a group of rogue researchers claims to have found evidence of alien-designed tattoos hidden beneath the top layer of human skin — tattoos that, until now, have gone completely unnoticed by modern medicine, art, or tattoo parlors.
