Romania Turns Dacian Symbols into Classroom Projects

Schools in Cluj and Bucharest have started projects where students research ancient Dacian symbols and design tattoos based on historical motifs. The aim is to teach pre-Roman history and encourage youth to explore national roots through art.

Museums collaborate with local studios to ensure historical accuracy, and student exhibitions showcase the symbolic meanings behind each design. Educators say the program makes history tangible and sparks interest in archaeology.
