Germany’s tech hubs are testing biometric tattoos that could act as secure travel IDs, storing encrypted passport and visa information in skin ink. Border agents could scan the tattoo with official devices.
Cybersecurity expert Klaus Meier said:
“It merges identity and art, though privacy concerns remain.”
