Brazil Launches Carnival Tattoos

Tattooists in Rio created UV-reactive Carnival tattoos that glow under parade lights. Dancers are wearing body art that moves and shines with their costumes.

Dancer Renata Oliveira said:
“The tattoos are part of the party, as alive as the samba.”
