Dutch tattooists are designing tattoos inspired by the city’s canals, glowing like reflections of lanterns on water. Tourists are flocking to get these glowing designs as souvenirs.
Artist Kees van der Meer said: “It’s Amsterdam nightlife glowing on your skin.”
