London Churches Debate Tattoo Acceptance Among Clergy

The Church of England is debating whether tattooed priests should be allowed to openly display their body art during services. Younger clergy argue tattoos help connect with modern congregations, while traditionalists see them as “distractions.”

Bishop Alan Turner said: “The church must walk the line between tradition and modern cultural expression.”
