Canadian Government Considers Tattoo-Friendly Military Uniforms

The Canadian Armed Forces announced a policy review to allow visible tattoos in formal dress codes, aligning with changing social values. The move is welcomed by younger recruits who see tattoos as normal identity markers.

Defense Minister Claire Thompson said: “We’re modernizing, and tattoos are no longer a barrier to professionalism.”
